What This Coaching Is

This is a 3‑month, high‑impact coaching partnership for senior leaders and directors who want a safe, challenging space to think, reflect and make better decisions – with someone who’s been there and understands the cultural nuances too.

What’s Included

Over 3 months, you’ll receive:

6 x 60‑minute 1:1 coaching sessions (2 per month), online or in person where possible
WhatsApp/email support between sessions for quick check‑ins and decision support
Short written summary after each session with key insights, decisions and agreed actions

Each coaching journey is tailored, but common focus areas for my clients include:

Investment

Investment: £1,200 for 3 months
Payment can be made in full or in 3 monthly instalments of £400.
